Refund & Return Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Returns Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return Email support@bentonmaplerise.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges For exchanges (size or color), please start a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items (if marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return.
