What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. To start a return, email support@beavercedarpoint.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Are any purchases final sale?
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Everything else is eligible for a return within 30 days, as long as it's unworn with the original tags attached.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. U.S. standard shipping then takes about 3–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days total. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, reach out to support@beavercedarpoint.com and we'll check on it for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Better yet — we offer free U.S. standard shipping on all orders over $75.
What sizes do you offer?
Most styles are available in a full range of sizes. Fit can vary between pieces, so we include a size guide with measurements on each product page — we recommend checking it before ordering. Not sure which size to pick? Email us and we're happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel, email support@beavercedarpoint.com as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do everything we can to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Where are your products made? Do you ship internationally?
Our pieces are designed in Lexington, Kentucky and produced by trusted manufacturing partners, with every item quality-checked before it ships. We currently ship within the United States — if you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, email us and we'll let you know what's possible.
